Use this process to see if a phone has DMFL (Double Minutes for Life)

This process works for currently active phones and inactive used phones that had
DFML during the previous activation.

It does not work for a new never activated phone that will have the DMFL applied
at the time of activation.

Now for the process:


If you have a used phone that you know for sure had DMFL before it was deactivated and this
process shows that it no longer has DFML, you can call Tracfone CS and they should be able to
put the DMFL back on the phone. This seems to happen sometimes when you transfer service
from one phone to another (even if the new phone already has DMFL) rather than when you just
let it expire.

If you add DMFL to a phone by adding a DMFL card, you should keep the card and write the date
that you added it to a phone and what phone you used it on. This will insure less problems later.
